How closely does the finished space match the original design?

Very closely. Because our design and delivery are managed by the same team, the people overseeing your build are the same people who developed the design. Technical detailing and site oversight are handled in-house specifically to preserve the original intent.

How much of my time will the project require?

We manage the project in full on your behalf. Most clients are consulted at key stages only: design direction, material selections, and final sign-off. Beyond those points, day-to-day site management is handled entirely by our team.

Do you work on new builds as well as renovations?

Yes. We work across new builds, complete renovations, and significant partial renovations for landed properties and high-end condominiums throughout Malaysia.

How do I know if my project is the right fit for Latitude Bespoke?

A private consultation is the best place to find out. There is no obligation to proceed afterward. We would rather have an honest conversation at the outset than take on a project that is not the right match for either party.
